Healthy Body = Healthy Weight

We have many folks enrolling in our programs lose a lot of weight without too much effort.  Yet, we do not see our selves as a weight loss clinic.  In fact, in over 3 years, I have only had to restrict calories maybe 3 times.  Simply is not required.

We spend time gettignte hormones balanced, such as thyroid, adrenals, estradiol, and testosterone.  We spend time and effort making sure the gut is healthy, without sypmtoms of reflux an with a healthy gut microbiome.

When these are done, the body then moves to the ideal weight.  We see folks losing up to 50 pounds in just a few months, again without caloric restrictions.  And this is all done with foods one can buy in a grocery store.  Special foods from special clubs are not needed.  Food bars are not needed.  Just eat good healthy foods.
